  3. Complete eligibility

    Answer a short set of health and compliance questions required before enrollment. This step helps confirm plan availability for your household.

  4. Secure checkout

    Review your application and pay for your first month online. Your payment details are handled securely and are not stored in full.

  5. Coverage begins

    Once approved, your coverage starts on the effective date shown at checkout. For multi-carrier packages, transitions between 4-month terms are handled automatically.
